The Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Public
Drinking Water Program has awarded Paul J. Imhoff of Always Soft Water
Conditioners a Certificate of Competency in drinking water distribution systems
operations. Mr. Imhoff is now a Certified Public Water System Operator
DS I. The certification enables him to oversee small water systems in the State
of Missouri. New regulations in Missouri now require many small water systems in
the state to have a DS I on staff. In the past small water systems, have been
taken care of mostly by individual homeowners. Mr. Imhoff has been in the water
treatment business since 1993, he's also a Water Quality Association Certified
Water Specialist VI and a Certified Installer. Paul's company Always Soft Water
Conditioners is now offering contract DS I services, with weekly, monthly and
quarterly programs available to meet the needs of the individual systems. For
